György Istvánffy, Head of Market Development at HUPX held a presentation about „Sales options for a renewable producer on HUPX’s markets” at the XI. SOLAR CONFERENCE: Professional and Investor Workshop on 14 April 2021.
In his presentation he highlighted the importance of intraday markets in renewable energy trades and the advantages of market coupling processes. He introduced the positive effects of XBID, the success of hourly products and the quarterly products’ role in boosting the market. He called the attention on HUPX’s leading regional position in terms of traded volumes. He also explained how the API instrument offered by HUPX as an automation tool allows quicker reaction time in trading.
